Black Sheep (White Light) was among the first importers of Icelandic sheepskins into North America nearly a decade ago. Utilized as a rug or throw draped over a chair or a bed, an Icelandic sheepskin’s long, soft wool brings warmth and sophistication to any setting.
Size: 44-48" x 30-36" x 4-6" wool lengths. Note: Measurements are approximate, taken from the wool side. Color: Taupe. A color enhanced hide in a deep grey-brown base with tan highlights.
Material: Tanned leather and wool.
Care: Shake or vacuum occasionally to remove debris. In the event of a spill or stain, mix wool-specific detergent with warm water to produce foam. Using foam only (do not soak or submerge sheepskin in water), work the foam over the affected area and dry with a clean cloth. Shake and leave to dry, finish with a combing. Hides should be kept out of direct sunlight.
